Thank you for your business. If you have an account with us, we expect payment within 30 days. JPW accepts corporate checks, electronic fund transfer (EFT) and all major credit cards.

If you prefer to pay via corporate check, please make all checks payable to:

If you prefer to pay via electronic fund transfer (EFT), contact JPW for transfer details.

If you prefer to pay via credit card, a processing fee may apply and the payment type must first be approved by JPW.

There will be a 1.5% interest charge per month applied to all late payments.

Please perform the following steps for each device:

  1. Fill out our Product Return Report and include as much detail as possible.
  2. Package your equipment, including a copy of your Product Return Report
  3. Ship your equipment to:

JPW maintenance includes a limited warranty against all defects in workmanship and materials used, for a period of 120-days from the original ship date. All shipping and repair fees incurred for a legitimate warranty repair will be covered by JPW. If it is determined, during JPW’s warranty evaluation, that the service warranty has been voided, or no longer applies, the customer will assume responsibility for all shipping and repair fees incurred.

Refurbished JPW products include a limited warranty that extends a period of 6-months from the original ship date. All shipping and repair fees incurred for a legitimate warranty repair will be covered by JPW. If it is determined, during JPW’s warranty evaluation, that the refurbished product warranty has been voided, or no longer applies, the customer will assume responsibility for all shipping and repair fees incurred.

New JPW products include a limited warranty that extends a period of 1 year from the original ship date. All shipping and repair fees incurred for a legitimate warranty repair will be covered by JPW. If it is determined, during JPW’s warranty evaluation, that the new product warranty has been voided, or no longer applies, the customer will assume responsibility for all shipping and repair fees incurred.

If you require warranty service:

  1. Contact JPW’s customer service personnel, via email or phone, to request a pre-paid shipping label
    1. Please provide the device Serial Number and failure explanation
  2. Complete a Product Return Report for the warrantied device
  3. Print the pre-paid shipping label
    1. JPW will send this to the email address that you provide
  4. Package your device and Product Return Report
  5. Arrange a UPS pickup

We recommend that our customers return their equipment with everything that was being used at the time of failure. If your equipment failed with the antenna and battery installed, it is always best to return these with the device. This allows our technical staff to more accurately reproduce the failure conditions and qualify assemblies that can independently create problems for your equipment.
